Tom Roth and David Paisley from Community Marketing & Insights (CMI) will present a one hour webinar covering special considerations when researching the LGBTQ community and best practices in communicating to the LGBTQ community. They will also share their experiences starting and growing a small, niche consulting firm. Lunch will be provided.
Community Marketing & Insights is a 25-year old consumer research and communications firm that specializes in the LGBTQ community. Through the last two decades they have produced over 200 LGBTQ-specific research projects for companies like Wells Fargo, Target, New York Life, Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Association, Hallmark, Starwood Hotels, Johnson & Johnson, United States Census Bureau, Planned Parenthood, International Fund for Animal Welfare, and the Centers of Disease Control.
