Out for Business

Out for Business (O4B) strives to build a community among the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) members and allies of the Wisconsin School of Business, to provide professional development resources for our membership, and to raise awareness among faculty, staff, and students of the issues facing LGBT professionals.

• Promoting awareness of LGBT issues and fostering an environment accepting of all diversity at the Wisconsin School of Business

• Hosting social events for Wisconsin School of Business students

• Partnering with the larger University of Wisconsin and Madison-area communities

• Recruiting LGBT prospective students

• Establishing ties with corporate LGBT employee groups

• Participating in national LGBT business and recruiting conferences
