The Prospanica UW-Madison chapter is dedicated to empowering graduate and undergraduate students of Hispanic heritage with the skills, insights, and networks needed to excel in corporate and professional careers across the U.S. As part of the national Prospanica network, our chapter provides structured professional development, meaningful connections with industry leaders, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Through speaker events, networking opportunities, workshops, and social activities, we foster a vibrant and inclusive community that supports members in achieving their goals. We celebrate member milestones and accomplishments through annual recognition events, creating a sense of belonging and shared success.
