Spring break is a time to relax, breath and focus on the easier things in life. For a few of the MBAs that decided to stay in Madison over break, that’s exactly what they did! With bowling! There were a few lucky strikes, but with all the gutter balls, we won’t be getting any “Professional Bowler” jobs after graduation.

The MBA Wellness Competition begins on Monday, March 6th. All the directions and information are on the Excel online spreadsheet, so click here get started. All you have to do is record ALL your calories (food and drink) on MyFitnessPal (or similar app) and exercise (more strenuous than walking) for 20 minutes to get your maximum 2 points per day. If you have any questions, ask Jake Odell or any of your GBA board members. Let's get healthy, MBA's!

A fun bike ride starting in Sun Prairie with 5 routes ranging from 100 miles to 3 miles. Each route travels through beautiful country scenery with lakes, rolling fields, mature trees and old barns.

9/24/2016 – Little Black Dress Affair & Fashion Show:
A cocktail hour followed by a Fashion show at the Hilldale Mall featuring models from throughout the Madison area and one of our very own MBA students!

There is a UW MBA team that has been put together for a 5km run around campus. Compete against other university organizations and each other or just come out for a fun run on one of the last nice weather weekends!

Volunteering at the River Food Pantry
We had a great time helping out the River Food Pantry. We prepared food for over 200 families while they got access to health and dental services.

Group Draw
Many students participated in a group draw to create art that will hang in the art showcase during On, Wisconsin weekend (April 15). A group draw is a piece of collaborative art work, where each person adds something to the piece. We look forward to seeing these at the art showcase!
Service at the Porchlight
Porchlight is a community center that offers services to Madison's homeless. We put together a group of students and their significant others to do some service around the center.
