The MBA Wellness Competition begins on Monday, March 6th. All the directions and information are on the Excel online spreadsheet, so click here get started. All you have to do is record ALL your calories (food and drink) on MyFitnessPal (or similar app) and exercise (more strenuous than walking) for 20 minutes to get your maximum 2 points per day.
